With Memorial Day as the unofficial start of summer, this Piña Colada is a perfect way for the gang to enjoy a drink of tropicalness.
5 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
1 ounce coconut syrup
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 fruit stick (pineapple slice, strawberry, etc.), for garnish
1 sprig mint, for garnish
1. Shake juice, syrup and crushed ice in a shaker, and pour into a highball glass without straining. Garnish with the fruit stick and mint sprig.
