Another fun drink from Phyllis Hoffman Celebrate: Halloween, made more funner if you add 1 1/2 ounce coffee-flavored liqueur. Recipe serves 1.
1 cup chocolate ice cream
3 tablespoons prepared chocolate syrup
1/3 cup chocolate milk
Garnish: hazelnut pirouline cookies
1. Chill a tall glass for 15 minutes in the freezer.
2. Remove from freezer and squirt desired amount of chocolate syrup into the bottom of glass; return to freezer.
3. In a blender, combine ice-cream, syrup and milk, blend until smooth.
4. Serve immediately in chilled glass.
