Drinks Of The Week - Boo-nilla Shakes/Goblin Mimosas

B is for Boo-nilla shake. Martha does it again with these fun, ghoulish drinks. Use her milk shake recipe or run free with your own. Hmm...how grown-up would this be if you were to add some Kahlua...just a suggestion.

For 12 faces, place 1/3 cup (2 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high until melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; stir.

Using a small brush, paint chocolate inside glasses (if it hardens too soon, microwave 20 seconds more).

Let set a few minutes before adding shake. Prepare glasses up to a day ahead, but don't fill until ready to serve.

pulp-free orange juice
Blavod black vodka
black olives
cream cheese

1. Fill a glass halfway with orange juice, then pour the black vodka carefully over the juice. A great tip for doing this somewhat delicate operation successfully is to pour the vodka over the back of a spoon so that it runs down the side of the glass, slowing it down enough so that it doesn't plunge into the juice and begin to mix right away.

2. For the "eyes" use pitted black olives stuffed with cream cheese. Cut up one olive into tiny little pieces, and use those pieces as the pupils. Pierce the completed eyes over wooden toothpicks and place on the rim of the glass... enjoy!
