Drink Of The Week - Oprah's Legends Lemon Drop

Oprah Legends Lemon DropApparently Oprah loves martinis (a girl after my own heart) and this is one of her favorites; she serves it at her legendary Legends Ball. Recipe serves 2.

juice of 6 lemons
4 tablespoons sugar
6 fresh mint leaves
4 shots vodka
garnish: 6 fresh mint leaves, sugar-rimmed martini glass

1. Mix lemon juice, sugar and vodka in a martini shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well and pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with mint.
