Fiesta Friday/Real {Reader} Party - Sweet One 1st Birthday Party

Before I dive into today's F.F., my CSN Giveaway winner has not contacted me, so it is time to drawn an alternate...#105 - Cookies And Clogs - "Like" you on FB (2). She has already been emailed, and once again, 48 hours to respond.

Today's Fiesta is from reader Adriana, who had time somewhere between working full time and being a mommy to her now one year old to plan an amazing Sweet One candy-themed first birthday soiree. I love all the little details! She pulled inspiration from different sources and made it her own.
Sweet One birthday girlDon't you love the birthday girl's dress? It was a score from Macy's and couldn't be more perfect. Yes, those are gumball machine cakes behind her, but more on that later.

Every great party starts with a great invite, and this one is no exception...gumball machine invitegumball machine invite 2The goody bags are backpacks with buttons (mama added the tulle and ribbons) purchased from Birthday In A Box.Adriana made all these pretty party hats, banners and yard signs herself! I love the streamers coming out of the hats.Sweet One birthday dessert tableGuests were greeted with a huge balloon arch and a field of tissue paper swirl lollipops. Need a closeup?
I'm all excited by them and had to make a few of my own. Come back next Tuesday for a full tutorial on how to make one.

There were a few activities planned for the multi-aged party guests, including candy bingo and a ring toss game in the lollipop grove. They were all given tickets that they were able exchange for prizes and candy at the end.

Perched on top of strawberry swirl cake is a fish bowl. Mmmm...I told her she needs to go into the cake business!

What a beautiful party, thanks for letting me share! And if you have any fabulousness you would like me to share, please send me some photos so we can see your craziness at work.
