Drink Of The Week - Lychee Blueberry Eyeballs

OK, this was too awesomely gross-looking not to share! Cathy's Kitchen Journey shares this ghoulish garnish she served with a red punch, but look how perfectly it fits into a shot glass.

1 can lychees, drained and patted dry (a 20 oz can yields about 18 lychees)
red fruit preserves (strawberry, raspberry or cherry)
blueberries

1. Fill lychees with preserves, enough to fill half way, then add a blueberry.

2. Pierce with a toothpick to hold everything together.
