#LoveableLuckyLeaf Cherry Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding

Valentine's Day will be here before you know it! If you are looking for a easy breakfast idea for your loved one, check out Lucky Leaf's Cherry Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding. I tweaked the recipe a bit and left out the almond party since we aren't big almond fans.

I know, bread pudding for breakfast?  Why not? There are croissants and fruit in there and with a cup of tea, it's a proper English breakfast. Sort of. I add a sprinkle of powdered sugar to make it even more special.

Instead of baking it in a large dish, I made it even more special by baking them in these pretty ramekins from Rachael Ray. Her stoneware set is dishwasher, microwave, freezer safe and oven safe to 500°F for convenience and versatility,  plus, the playful shapes in vibrant colors go directly from oven to table.  That's right, you can cook and serve all at once.  You know, I'm all about multitasking.

Imagine the possibilities...from mini lasagnas and meatloafs to pretty servingware for dipping sauces and toppings, they work for every and any occasion!

DIY Valentine Breakfast mug

To make the morning even more, more special, personalize a mug so your special someone can enjoy your love everyday. Purchase a black mug (mine is from Dollar Tree!) and embellish with a paint marker. Crazy simple, right?? Of course, since it's not oven-set and food-safe, be sure to avoid areas that will come in contact with your mouth and and only hand wash your piece.

Win a Rachael Ray stoneware set from #LoveableLuckyLeaf; giveaway ends Feb. 7

Are you inspired? Woo-hoo! Well, let's get you even more excited...my Lucky Leaf peeps are sending one of my readers their own Rachael Ray Stoneware Set of 4 10-oz. Bubble & Brown Singles, a recipe card and a can of pie filling to make your own tasty creation. But this is a quickie giveaway so you can get your prize (fingers crossed!) by Valentine's Day, so it ends THIS FRIDAY!
