I have always loved Kiwi Crate and although this post is a shameless promotion, it's true.  If you don't know who they are (and you should!!), they are an award-winning, monthly subscription service that provides all the hands-on materials to inspire creative, educational fun.  That means no trying to scrounge up craft supplies or a mad dash to the store...everything you need is included.

And for even more crafty inspiration, visit their DIY ideas page to check out the latest and greatest on easy projects you can do right at home, right now!

With Easter this weekend, I had to share their adorable mini Bunny Ear Chocolate Bars.  You can add a few to the kids' baskets or set up a craft table as a fun brunch activity. Head over and check out their easy directions.

And speaking of easy DIY, I'm squeezing in one more Easter treat and then I'm done!  I'm such a big fan of frosting doughnuts...sometimes you just don't have time to make cupcakes or order them from your favorite spot.  That's ok...fill up your piping bag and frost a cake doughnut!  I've done this for many parties and I never tire of them.

Turn them into fun butterfly frosted doughnuts by using black Sixlets for the body and yogurt covered pretzels for the wings.  If you are feeling daring, you can use licorice rope for antennae.  This will be fabulous for any spring celebration...because a cake stand of these will fly away.
